Has anyone experienced any technical problems with their PS3s?

I am interested in purchasing one but if there are technical problems with them I would like to be prepared in case a problem does happen...

eg. like the overheating problems with the 360

playing blu-ray movies, and if the wireless connection drops and tries to reconnect, the ps3 freezes for like a minute then resumes.. quite annoying.
