I tried for an hour playing a whole match of Hardcore S&D but can't even finish a match without being disconnected or being timed out. It's really frustrating. I use a wireless connection but my router isn't but 6 ft. away from my console. My 360 has the wi-fi adapter and I don't get much lag on that though. The only other games I've played online was LBP (major lag but only played during its launch) and Socom which didn't have much lag at all. Anyone else have problems with COD WaW or PSN in general?
sounds like ur isp, i play it online wirelessly with my ps3, and it has no lagtmacscores91
What kind of router do you have? This is mine. I just find it ironic that my 360's wi-fi adapter works fine and get no lag hardly when I played COD4. Even when I'm playing COD: WaW on my PS3 I'll have 3-4 green bars but it'll still kick me out of an match. You wouldn't assume it'd be a defect on my PS3 would you? I'll use an ethernet cable and play a couple of games...

I get lag with my ps3 on pretty much everything i play, my 360 works great no matter what i play, I get d/l speeds of over 10 MB/s on my pc but d/l on my ps3 takes literally forever, takes hours to download movies, an update for socom took four hours to d/l and it was only 500 MB. Little Big Planet is unplayable because the lag is so bad. I have no clue what is wrong with the speed problems i have across the board on my ps3.
