i'm not. it's just that for the whole lifespan of the PS3 every thursday these PS3 forums has gotten filled with "when is the store updated" thread's and "when is the store updated so demo can come out" etc etc. and if people haven't seen it. it's weird. no need to to be so snappy ... theres been a few times it updated early... also i thought it was releasing simultaniously on both systems at midnight .. at least thats wut i heard..
I can't wait to play it tonight, never played any game in the burnout series, played more gt. Buti am excited to get my first experience with this game, looks like just plain fun.

Its 6:20pm here..on thursday.. so shouldnt it be updated already?
I mean most of the day has gone for europeans..So the EU store should be updated..

i think (for denmark) it usually updates around 08:00pm dunno about UK, US, whatever. but it's not that i care really, i just open the store up at some point, and there's new content, i have better things to do than wait for.. well, Demos. lol

I know it's only a demo..but it's been a slow day and I have been wondering how the first EA game developed on a PS3 will turn out for quite a while now!
Hopefully It'll stop people complaining about the PS3's framerates, when It's EA's shoddy ports, not the hardware.
PS3 version is gonna be awsome, for people with the PS eye it takes a picture right when you get wrecked. its gonna be really cool. hopefully EA doesn't screw up... again... for like the 50th time.

The 360 version is pretty fun. If you've got the Live Camera it takes your picture for your learners permit right out of the gate. Just gotta wait for the PS3 version to compare it.
Crashes are prettycool. I've pancaked my car a couple of times driving head-first into a wall. Tried a couple of jumps where I didn't land properly, all sorts of nice particle effects and damaged car pieces flying alll around.
The only thingI thought was a little odd - When you get into a major car breaking smash up, it goes into a B&W slowdown mode that lets you watch the car get ruined. Its cool the first couple of times, but eventually it just seems to be slowing your momentum, and at least in the demo its unskippable. A minor gripe I know, but it did seem to stick out after a while.

When i say they are in charge of porting I was referring to games like the orange box. Usually shoddily ported from Xbox, but in this case from PC. Always badly done with terrible framerates on the puss3
it looks no better then the NFS and now it just plays like NFS with wrecks thats what i think so far. though its nice to finally see gas stations implemented in a racing game.
