Try pspdemocenter.com It never works on my computer (Always says it's down or something for work and stuff) but it works fine if I go there on my PSP browser.

nope just put it in the theme folder in your memor stick. if there isnt one update your firmwire

I make my own (not from scratch mind you)...just get Paint.net, make the image 480 pixels wide by 272 pixels tall, and there you go! A great site I used to go to is: http://themepsp.craveonline.com/displayimage-1-360.html
