this happens to me too but i managed to get into a game after a while so it isnt the servers. but trust me you dont wanna play it online it sucks there is no sound!!!
all it is is a silent deathmatch with just the radio. gta4 has way too many bugs it wasnt tested properly
Don't know about offline bugs since I don't have the game yet, But its usuall that it takes a little while for the online system to get updated and to become solid. Even with online only games.
yea havin the same problems then like yesterday after a couple trys i got thru and there was no sound then eventually it came bak had sum fun played a couple games etc quit switched my ps3 off then bout an hour l8a came bak and it was unable to connect....try again later. Always happening now. Can any1 actually confirm the servers r down??
I had on and off problems with this yesterday. But it is annoying and Online is pretty fun, except when i played with my friends we had these cheeky biritsh guys calling us dumb amercians and insulting us for no reason, first off i'm canadian and don't know what he thought, and second we ran over his body and shoy him up a few times :-D
