I was having this issue yesterday some, and now it is happening again. When I log in it sometimes will not connect, and also the PS Store is going really slow. I have a feeling that it has something to do with the addition of Vita games and/or the massive PStore update yesterday. Since I haven't seen anyone else complaining about it, I kind of thought it might just be me.
Everything is good on my side Internet-wise.
