So is it just me or is everyone else in a dilema with Dead Space, LBP, SOCOM, Resistance 2, Fallout 3, and more all coming ut now!?

I'm trying to figure out how and if I should really go try to buy R2 but the beta was Awesome! But I have barely played the other games I already bought... And Valkyria Chronicles is coming out too!??

Short money, short time, overwhelmed with games... Woohoo beats lack of games for sure tho!

OMG what else do I have to worry about buying soon?!

Do what I do. Buy one or two games at a time.. and just work on those. There is no point buying a bunch of games and stocking them up, only to leave to some in the dust. There's no need to be greedy... These games aren't going anywhere. Take your time, breathe.. and enjoy each game to the fullest. It's also important you don't fall into the peer pressure crap. Get this game.. zomg, it's awesome! Stuff like that. We all know these games are ridiculously great.. but don't ever put your yourself in a bad financial situation just because you feel the urge to want to own everything out. Do what's feasible. For example, buy one game.. The one you like the most that's out or that will soon come out.. and work your way from there as you earn more money. Cheers.

I agree, but of course that's a good thing. It just means there are a lot of games out there for me to get in the future. Damn mortgage, financial aid, and car payments!

i've got to say i've pretty much got enough money for any game i want, but the problem is whether i'l play them all, so i'll buy the big boys like r2 and lbp, and wait for others to drop in price. That way i will never not have a game to play, and it also doesn't ovewhelm having a ton of games, which leads to me trying them all out, but not completing them.

I'm in the same place, but ill never make the mistake of buying 4 games at once again. I bought Silent Hill, Dead Space, Far Cry 2 and Bioshock all at once. And I got left short changed for a few weeks, although its not too bad because I get paid again on Friday so ill be picking LBP then, but other games I want like R2, Spyro and Fallout 3 will have to wait until I've completed my other games, Like the above post says, don't put yourself out of pocket by buying lots of games at once.

Live life and get em all. Currently playing Dead Space,Resistance 2,LBP, and CODWaW beta. Getting GeOW 2 at midnight tomorrow. That's what save points are for. You won't get lost at all. Trust me.

you should check out gamefly i have had the service for a year now and im am very pleased with it, you can rent just about any game you want and keep it for as long as you want and there shipping is pretty quick plus if you decide you want to keep the game you can buy it for way less then buying it from a game store.I still buy game every now and then like fallout 3 or lbp games i know i would be playing for a long time but now i can play just about any game i want with out emptying out my wallet.

I'm currently working on Fallout 3. Dead Space or Mirror's Edge next, the one I don't get, I'll get for Christmas, and then Resistance 2 in the sales. And I'm not too bothered about LBP.

Exactly, very smart post, I agree with everything 100%. I don't understand why everyone has to get a particular game on day one. Like he said, it's not like they are going to disapear when 2009 comes. Just take your time and buy in moderation, otherwise you'll be overwhelmed and not enjoy the game to the fullest.

Dudes, me and my friends on psn have been playing games together for years. We meet up on ski trips and on the virtual golf course. We have each other's e-mail and home addresses and share pics of families for the holidays. What's my point? A padded envelope costs less than a buck and postage for a game is three dollars. We trust each other to send games back to one another and even trade for keepsies. One guy buys, three others rent. We all play for a while, and the game is pretty much up for grabs with trades n junk. We got a good thing goin.
