Anyone Enjoy the New Mortal Kombat Demo?

I did not think it was too bad felt like old style not so many complex combos but new fatalities i see! I have not played an MK in a while so was not bad though IMO. Seems like a lot of characters in the final game

I agree the fatalities were easy. I love the look of the game too. Could be the best MK game ever.

Yep I'm glad that it is back to 2D side scrollingroots. A great re-boot for Mortal Kombat.

yah i agree with the rest very easy for fatalities so far, back to basics side scrolling and it just felt like the original ones from the begining to me. I will wait for a drop not a day one buy for me but we will see, wonder if they will drop an MK fight stick bundle or something with this.

don't have PSN plus, but if I did I would most likely try it, but won't get the game, the game doesn't really look like my type. I would mu8ch rather Marvel vs. Capcom 3 if I buy a fighter this year

Cool, tournament edition with a stick. I was going to buy one for this game anyways. Sweetness. I love the feel of this game, it took me back to standing in scummy arcades so many years ago.

This is hands down the best looking (i'll have to wait to see if its the best working) fight stick ever.. the tournament edition is going to be limited to 20,000 copies as well.

The tournament edition stick looks cool, but is optimized for MK games only, for any other fighting game those buttons layout is a nightmare. So I'll get the regular game and another fighting stick to play other games as well.

I'm thinking on getting this one, what you think?

I thought compared to the latest additions to the SF, MVC and Blazblue series, the new MK is horribly average. How the hell can you play it after playing one of the aforementioned fighting titles? A load of cat piss if you ask me.

I am enjoying looking at the gameplay videos from the demo, but I still have to play it myself which I definitely will do next week. I am gonna play the crap out of it.

Thanks for the picture of the tournament stick. The button layout would be a bear for other fighting games, but that is a sweet looking stick, I like the skin for it. Any idea the pricepoint for the tournament edition? (Sorry if this is readily available information, but asking the question here atleast spurs conversation).

i enjoyed it, the action and hits seems real, and the game is just overall amazing, very happy the game went back to its roots, looking forward to the full game
