Anyone excited about Shadows of the Damned?

I've noticed this game hasn't been getting a lot of buzz which I thought was kinda strange considering it's been made by both Shinji Mikami and Suda 51, two of the most well regarded game designers. Anyways, I'm really looking forward to this game so I figured I'd let people know that: this game exists and it will be awesome :D

Definitely getting the game I think, but not on day one. Waiting for a price drop and for my backlog to diminish a a bit before I get it. Looks pretty awesome.

Nope. I was interested at one point, but from what I've seen it looks weird and boring, and generally just not something I want to play with so many other better-looking games I want to get this year

i am a huge Suda 51 fan i even liked sun flower and rain but this game just looks bad on so many ways i am sure there will be fans and it will get good reviews but to me the characters, story,gameplay just look poorelbert_b_23

The game is not meant to be realistic, deep or meaningful because that isn't the point of it. I guess if you don't like over-the-top awesomeness than it's understandable, but I just gotta say this is exactly the type of game one would expect from the man behind Killer 7 and No More Heroes.

I just came up with a test to see if this game is for you or not.

Basically, it's like an HD Resident Evil 4 meets Killer 7 meets Dante's Inferno.

If that sounds cool, proceed.If not, this game is not for you.
