i once got trolled out the @ss on utube for posting that someone was taking videogames a bit too far by crying over a storyline, no bs.. you'd be surprised how many grown men gamers are complete puss!es when it comes to this stuff, however i did cry tears of absolute pissed off frusteration while playing dark souls right before making the healthy decision to trade the annoying game in for the safety of my game console.. :D
First off, there's nothing wrong with crying, grow up people. Don't let our immature culture brainwash you. :)
Anyway, yes, Dark Souls made me feel like crying many times, because it's so darn GLORIOUS. Its a triumph of game design, atmosphere, gameplay, bosses, multiplayer, and character design. In terms of crying over the difficulty though? No, not at all. I loved the challenge. Every time that I failed, I just wanted to try that much harder the next time to succeed.
i got cursed in some sewers and stopped playing, gotta get back into it. great game. you just need tons of time on your hand
ehhh... I beat the game in a couple of days. Doesn't take too much time to complete.i got cursed in some sewers and stopped playing, gotta get back into it. great game. you just need tons of time on your hand

Nope not even close. The difficulty level was quite refreshing!
To me, the difficulty was mainly in the fact that the learning curve was a lot longer than simply figuring out the controls. Each enemy had a new system and strategy to get down, but now I can pretty much go through a playthrough without dying.
i reached a place where 3 gargoyles take me somewhere. as i reached that point i said to myself this is it 4 me. no man i didnt cry.

because he accidently killed the firekeeper at the first savepoint because he looked like a F***in statue and therefore had to start from sens fortress everytime he died because ppl invade you like crazy in that F***in place and if having sins wasnt enough for invasions you get invaded by a flippin blue darkmoon too in about to lose 50 000 souls and a bunch of humanity? it didnt stop me, but maybe thats why.[QUOTE="Headpopper333"][QUOTE="big_boss1988"]
