Seems like a lot of people on my friends list are having the same issues. Perhaps the servers are overloaded.

im tryin to make a new psntag and it now comes up with; error 80023017, does that mean anythin in particular?

Damn, such a shame that DLC for an already overpriced expansion pack can get enough attentiont to break the PSN Store :/
