If so how is the picture quality compared to LCD? Have you had to replace any bulbs? Do you have any pics :)catlin_czirr
Well, I don't know how it compares to LCD but the quality is great. Also you do have to replace the bulbs like every year or two and the bulbs cost between 200 adn 250 dollars. Sorry no pics.

Seriously every year? No wonder they are so cheap compared to LCD and Plasma, well scratch that I guess im not gonna get a DLP...What about this tv, it's an LED DLP, whats that? Does it have to have bulbs replaced too?

the led dlp televisions are awesome. i have the 61 inch model 1080p of the tv and it is so wicked. the bulbs go for 40-60 thousand hours the same as lcd. the picture quality is so smooth and belive me i have tried all tv's like lcd plasma and the new led dlp tv's are the best. they are amazing for gaming and the best for sports!!!!!! if ur into a tv get led dlp cheap and amazing

well it says 20,000 hours on the bulb...thats alot of hours, but yes they have to be replaced.
i like the picture quality on the DLP sets and they don't seem to have as much glare problems as LCD or plasma, but they are thick. I still like the idea of a 58 inch plasma tv hanging on my wall. I don't have one yet, but that's what I'm thinking about. giton
I thought about getting a tv to hang on my wall but all those exposed wires changed my mind.
