Anyone here enjoyed Resistance 3?

Rented and finished it and I thought its one of the best SP FPS experiences last year.

Yes it had some blatant location rip-offs from other games but the emotional side of the story telling was well thought and impressive.

Yeah, I liked it. I especially liked the more serious, desperate atmos. And the online play was good though generic.

I always appreciate a game that brings back health packs in this age of regen-health BS.

Would like to get the game sometime, playede the demo though and like it pretty well just haven't gotten around to buying the game. But from the demo I think the game itself will probably be pretty good.

Yeah its offline and online. But for online it doesnt have matchmaking, so you have to invite someone from your friends list (if anyone in your friends list has the game). Its really long, 30 rounds of really hardcore survival where you have to search all around the map to find ammo and health, while you have 100 grims chasing you down.

That's pretty cool. I like that it is beatable. So survival is offline co-op, is the campaign offline co-op too?

Didnt get the sales it deserved. Annoys me when developers making innovative games that fail sale wise, and the constant rehashes are the best sellers.

It was great considering I found Resistance 2 extremely disappointing. Resistance 3 went back to the roots of the original with the visuals and violence, and it worked great!

Like many have already said, Resistance 3 is by far the best in the series and my favourite single player game of last year. Online and co-op aren't bad at all either.

TheFallenDemon
Health Packs with a connection to the story i might add, they're like a bacteria aren't they? Pretty sure i read some documents in the first game explaining that it was created by the Chimera to aid healing, and used by humans to the same effect. The game looks good i will have to pick it up some time.

Yea, it was amazing and had a good challenge. Also, tons of unlockables after the game is completed to give incentive to replay it.
