You have a ground loop. Take the PS3 power plug and put a 2-prong adapter on it to get rid of the ground prong and the lines will go away.

sometimes I see some lines (not constant, but just for one second) on uncharted. If I get that 2-prong (whatever it is) adapter will it get fixed?

The 2 prong will fix a ground loop, most likely scenario. Could also be bad connection, or even crappy cable, if you use a 3rd party cable set or an old one from a ps2

I know one of the fixes is to just use the 2 prong adapter but the problem is that nobody really knows what will happen if there is a power surge while using the 2 prong adapter. If your on cable or sattelite unplug the cord from the tv and see if it makes the scan lines go away. If that works then just get a surge protector that allows you to connect the cable lines. These protectors are designed to filter out noise in the lines that are causing those scan lines. I know best buy and radioshack both have a model that runs about $29-39.

If there is a surge with that adapter on it and it's plugged into a REAL surge protector it'll still kick off and not hurt it. There are many devices that use the 2 prong setup including some laptops (not many but a few.) I wouldn't worry about the use of an adapter, if there is a surge enough to mess it up through a protector then you are gonna have much more to worry about, Like everything that uses power in your house.
