Not good news for me, as I really didn't care for Gears of War at all. The co-op stuff sounds interesting, as long as it has like offline co-op. Can't say I've read a ton about this game.

Yes your right it is the best american system, maybe why mine broke and isnt back after 3 weeks. Fools, anywho Lost Ody will have nothing on FF (nothing will kill the name even if the game is average which it wont be). Also in Nov we have Hase, Ut3, and most important an original game from Naughty Dog named Uncharted. So you sir can be quiet now. Look at your foolish purchases that turn into OMG i need achievement points. get lost this is no thread for you.

For the topic which I intitially came in on. Like many game there are pieces that will be taken from great games, so yes it has a little relation but looks indeed that it will be a fun experience, def. will check it out for myself.

WHy is it that the most BASIC games on the 360 make everyone start using them as the Original Pioneer of the FPS? Gears was a fun game with better graphics... Same with Halo- well not so much graphics.. but fun gameplay..

FPS

TPS

RPG

Strategy

Adventure Game

cant think of the rest.. but the xbox didn't invent any of these.

Army of two actually has innovative gameplay where the two of you are really dependant on one another, which seems cool. But its still a third person shooter...

On topic, it caught my attention a year ago but after watching a preview for it just this week, it seemed kinda boring. Who knows though; there have been games which I thought were boring that turned out to be fun.
