I think it's a pretty solid title. I think it uses the Sixaxis in neat ways, the story is interesting (a little dry at first, but it picks up), and the levels feel nicely varied. It's the last part that really sells it for me, actually. It kind of reminds me of Psychonauts, in that it supplies the gamer with levels that (although linear and feel like the layout is the same) offer something different, be it in their backdrops or the enemies. The pokemon-esque feel of rounding out your attacks by collecting different enemies has really sucked me in, and their varied styles of attack (and skins) is a nice touch. Like psychonauts, the levels may not resemble each other, but due to their method of access, this doesn't hurt the continuity of the game.
My one and only complaint so far with the game is that it can feel a bit repetitive. Their are two sides to the story, but they both play out in the same levels, with a lot (although not all) of the same enemies. That canannoy some, andit would've been nice to have them at least run through different sections of each "world".This has also hurt the story a bit, in that both characters fight the same boss (which is odd, since both stories occur together, in that the characters run into each other) even though said boss is supposed to be unique and defeating it is supposed to have radical effects on the world around it.
All in all, I say it's money well spent and an enjoyable game overall. My few gripes with the game haven't really held me back from enjoying it immensely, but they do seem to keep me from enjoying it to its "fullest".
It's a fantastic game. The six-axis is well-implemented, just use subtle motions with it though ... I see people at the store flailing it about with huge and exaggerated fanatic motions -- unnecessary, since the game recognises very small or subtle motions.
I think you should get it. You won't be disappointed.
