Birth By Sleep just came out on PSP in Japan, and they haven't announced an international release date for it yet. They're not going to risk spoiling that game by talking about Kingdom Hearts 3 yet, plus we don't know what system it will be on, and the KH team is currently busy working on Final Fantasy vs. XIII.
In other words, there is nothing; not even a rumor.
