Are there any flaws in my master plan?

Ok heres the "plan" I thought of around October.

Bought psp go £170

got for free with promotions/bought around £150 worth of games bought from psn

deleted everything and sold psp go with nothing on it £150

bought psp 3000 and 16gb memory stick put all my games onto it from the psn download list.

Please tell me this plan is flawless, it will make me a happy :lol:
