If you plan to buy PS4 at launch then it may be best to get these games for PS4. If you don't plan on acquiring PS4 right away. Then the PS3 versions will be your best bet.

Yes these games are to have both a PS3 and PS4 version. Transitional cross generational games 7th to 8th videogame generations. It will be interesting to see how much of a difference between the versions will be.

I'm going to get games this year for my PS3, except for PS4-only titles and Watch Dogs.

As far as I'm aware there's been absolutely nothing said about 'the Last of Us' or 'GTA5' coming out on the PS4. I wouldn't count on them (especially GTA5).
