I don't have a PS3, but my roommate does, and neither of us have an HDTV to play it on.
I will be buying a PS3 in August/September, and probably in February I'll be getting an LCD TV to play it on :). Being a poor college kid who only works 20 hours a week for $6.90 an hour (and also frugal with savings. I could buy many things but I like having money to fall back on), I'll wait for my excess scholarship money (and my mom's discount at the electronics/appliance store) before getting my TV at store cost :) And it won't be some crappy Wal-Mart TV, either.

Yes I am. I feel sorry for anybody that isn't playing their PS3 in HD.
I actually love to see the initial reactions from the people who had been using a SDTV for their PS3 or 360 and then upgraded to a HDTV. It's a warm fuzzy for sure. :)

Me too. Although I didn't have an HDTV when I first got my PS3 cause there was no way I could afford one. But eventually my dad got one since we basically had a PS3 that could play blu-ray, it was a no-brainer for him.
Yup every game is experienced in HD and SS baby. Played my PS3 on an SD for about a month and said hell na, next day I went a bought a HDTV haha crazy...
Yah, sure thing. My friend doesn't have an HD TV and it's horrible to go over there and try to game. I feel bad for him. He knows he's missing out when he comes over to my place and sees my games on the 42" Plasma. :D
