I'm curious how many ps3 owners are gonna buy it. It comes out Jan 18 if you didn't know.

Well, never played, so if you have to compare Mass Effect 2 with these games, which one would be?
Fallout 3
Bioshock
Borderlands
I know they're completely different games, I'm just not a huge RPG fan, but I do have those 3 games above, even though Bioshock is more like a FPS, but really felt like an RPG for me.
well I'll try to explain it. it's not an rpg in the sense that you get tons of stats and customization. The gameplay is along the lines of gears of war, uncharted, and other third person shooting games. However the game is also about 30 hours long. And has a deep story, meaningful choices, lots of dialogue etc. I'd say it's most similar to bioshock.Well, never played, so if you have to compare Mass Effect 2 with these games, which one would be?

I'll probably just rent it since I've already played it on the Xbox and PC. I might grab it when the price drops.
I got it for 360 and am now playing it for the 2nd time. I might get the PS3 version when the price drops for the extra content.Deathtransit
Forget the extra content, If I don't have to wait 5 min to change deck levels on the Normandy I'm sold. The main reason I didn't go for a 2nd time through on the 360.
Nope, fortunately I already own the 360 version :P
It's fantastic though, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

no heard it was horrible on the "other system" so nopeloyalps3owner18
whoever told you that sounds like they went full retard you never go full retard.
no, already don't like WRPGs much, a friend played 1 and 2 and said the 1 had better RPG elements so 2 is too much action (levelling only when changing chapter? eek!)

Lmao  i couldn't agree with you more.Or it's just some stupid blind fanboy
I was interested, might still get it. I played ME1 on my bro-in-law's 360, so i don't need a backstory (although the different endings made having a preset backstory a little difficult, i'd imagine). And i'm probably gonna buy the 360 off him since he needs the money like he needs air. But i do like trophies, which i admit is a terrible reason to get a game, but who's gonna stop me, besides my wallet?
Absolutely, loved the first game on my PC and will definitely pick ME2 on January 18th. Love Bioware games.
Yup, played number one and lovedit. Number two fixed a lot of issues from the first one (played on PC). My comp crashed and I lost my game, was a download and the website gave me crap for asking to re-download it, so I can't wait to get this.
Oh, and I never got to finish romancing Tali :(
I needs me some alien woman!!!!
