so i found the guy 4 times already without throwing the batarang at him, and i cant find him at the 5th one, only the symbol. is there another place to find him or do i have to go like new game plus and do it there

Yeah, you won't be able to get this trophy right now as the 5th meeting with him is only a cut scene. You'll need to do it on your new game plus.
