I beat it in 13 hours. There's no incentive to do a 2nd playthrough, but there are a couple things to doonce you beat the game, it shouldn't take more then 20 hours to see everything the game has to offer.

The only reason I went back to play AC2 was to one-hit kill heavy armored guards with a broom.

But it should be as long as what everyone else says. 13-20 hours.

Took me about 20 hours to beat it and get the platinum. I sold it right after beating it because it has very little replay value IMHO, and since I bought it day 1 i was able to sell it on ebay for almost as much as I paid for it. Also the PS3 version has some graphical flaws that annoyed me like crazy (screen tearing). It was a great game though, it was definitely a fresh experience for me having not played the first one. If I were to every play it again I'd hope to play it on PC someday and get a graphical upgrade.

zero replay value. I enjoyed playing it immensely more than ac1 which i never even beat because it was sooo repetitive but once you beat it sell it. Thankfully for me I gamefly so I just sent it back and got Red Dead Redemption

Not much replay value. I did everything(platinum trophy) and it took about 22 hours. Its a solid game though, worth the playthrough.

i had a hard time even finishing it. the gameplay doesnt change after a couple hours, and the story isnt going to win any awards. I sold it the day i beat it, and since i felt the same way about AC1(couldnt even finsih that, got bored), i doubt im going to waste another 20+hours on Brotherhood.

Never went back to it. It's one of those things which take your breath away on the first playthrough, yet doesn't hold any incentive to go back. My brother plat the game in under 30 hours too.

ye took me about 20-25 hours to platinum the game...yes platinum.... so there really isnt any incentive to play through it again..cause its not like most of the missoins had anything special about them which u cant just do in free roam to normal guards.

If you like to hunt for trophies, yeah, but if not, it doesn't have too much replay value.
