AVP demo: my impressions

I gotta admit that was pretty funny.

I thinik once the demo hits the US at least, there will be more games to be had, that is of course if it is already here ...

i got a few matchs on the 360 and i have to say it is going to be a love it hate it kind of thing for me i love it the steath aspect is great in the mp but i wish the demo had team death match

Lol, i actually found and played TWO matches as a marine... It was fun but... two games and i've tried many times. They should have released a singleplayer demo. Campaign is more important for me in this game.tommyas

And ye i was also thinking it would have been more logical to have released a SP demo as Deathmatch couldn't really sell me a game tbh.

That it's a MP demo has a reason: It's the only way to make all three species playable. In a campaign demo we would only get to play one of them.

I think its a problem with the servers, plenty of people have the demo. I find it hard to believe I can't find 7 other people with it. And in my "Players Met" section theres a huge list of people playing AVP that I am supposed to have met, yet I've not got into a single game yet

Well, Iam buying AVP for the single-player as I could most of time careless for the multi-player parts of games.

after half hour looking for a dam game i played a match, 3 humans, 3 aliens and one predator. i played as a human with a rifle and a handgun, no grenades, flashlight, you can jump but no crouch or aim (or i didnt knew how lol) the scenario was the cargo zone of a ship, pretty dark, oh you have a radar, something like the heartbeat sensor on mw2. well the alien can walk by the walls and roof, predator have a lance and the laser thingy on his shoulder oh and he can activate an invisible mode,

well i have to say that i had a lot of fun with it, i was screaming like a girl as the dam alien came running on the ceiling. ill try to play as an alien and the predator

I HAVE to try this demo, i love the original Alien Vs Predator games.

Its a shame thats only multiplayer, im more of a SP person.

Anyways, hope its good.

Apparently, Rebellion has acknowledged the problem (on the PC, though) and are working on it.
