Actually, I just checked and Warhawk is rated T. It only has offline splitscreen multiplayer ... you'd still have to take turns if you wanted to play online multiplayer.
While Kane and Lynch doesn't live up to the expectations, I've had fun playing co-op with the game while it lasted. So far, there aren't too many good multiplayer games (which is a shame, considering the Ps3 is such a strong system). But Brother's in Arms are always great games to play in co-op and Hell's Highway sure will be as gooas any if not better once it does comes out. DYnasty Gundam support up to 2 players, though I'd suggest renting the game first.
call of duty 4 its modern ,awesome online and split screen and sick single player .....or you could just wait for haze that looks cool split screen:D or maybe guitar hero 3 altough it cost a ton for two guitars .:(

theres online splitscreen just not in the ranked servers.
Warhawk is the best out. You DON'T have to take turns because it has 4 player split screen in unranked games online. My friends and I play it all the time.

You can also try Time Crisis 4 if you can get two Light guns, it didn't get a good review here on GS, but IGN thought it was pretty good, check out their review at http://ps3.ign.com/articles/836/836596p2.html

Really ... I actually do own the game too, but I don't play it much at all because I haven't had the time to get used to it ... wow ... sorry, boy do I feel stupid ...
kane and lynch IS GREAT!!! you have to get it be and me bro beat it in 2 days stayed up all night and beat it. i got it 4 xmas. its really fun with awsome gameplay, great story, lynch IS HELLA FUNNY, and its very challenging and u will never want to get off it!!!!

Anyway, WarHawk can be good if you have online (obviously) and you can find a split screen match. GH3 would be your best choice... that game is addicting single player and it's REALLY fun with a friend.
