Hey - I'm not sure how many of you football fans have seen Backbreaker as not much news has so far, been released...
Though I have no doubts that all of you have at least played on a Madden game?
I was wondering if it would be likely to see these physics used in Backbreaker on a Madden game in the future.... If not the exact same physics engine used for Backbreaker, then one with similar principals?
Does anyone think it might happen? I tend to find that on the whole the animations of Madden are awesome, and its a really entertaining game, but I think it would be SWEET to see these physics in a Madden game to add an element of difference with each tackle, and increase the realism of the game?
Watching the Backbreaker trailer it seems as though, as with other Football games that they do not have the rights to the NFL, so in that respect I think people will be less inclined to buy it... Although it does look like a heck of a lot of fun, or what we've already seen anyway...
I just think it would be awesome to have really fluid, realistic physics in a game that had all the rights to the NFL teams/names...
Incase any of you haven't already checked it out, the trailer for Backbreaker can be found here:
