If your saying the PS3 is gonna sell 60million consoles by the time MGS4 comes out, PS3 has a LONG way to go. As for the "20 million" xbox 360 consoles, im pretty sure the 360 has moved over 20 million systems.

Besides, why does it matter?!?! As long as you get to play the game, what do you care what console its on?! It WOULD make since for Kijoma to make the game multiplatform. If the game is for sale on 2 consoles, thats 2x's the money he will be getting. Who cares if it goes multiplatform!? Just shut up and enjoy the damn game

Assuming that MGS4 is a half decent game, the name alone is going to sell a serious number of consoles shortly before or early after its release. It's the PS3's Halo 3.

lol just numbers. All im saying is PS3 will be in second. Anyone that does not see the 60 falling from the sky, is blind. Their pretty much already done. Now its just a matter of when do they slip to last. On average sales since all 3 have been in the race. hey have been in last. And the PS3 sales are on par with the early 60 sales. Only thing is.

The PS3 has done it with 2 other machines already out. Not coming out by itself. And a sub par first year of games. If it sells with what it has now, and against who it faces. It will sell a tun, with the games and price drops. The 60 has only sold well, when it had no one against it. With any comp it been killed. Wii passed it in half the time. PS3 is on pace to pass it.

In basic the PS3 is not that good "not as far as Wii sales." The 60 is just that bad, that everyone will pass it.

Don't care is 360 is getting MGS or not. Cause I rather own a console that doesn't break so easily. What is the point of owning games when the console just dies.

Yea, and "us" 360 owners have moved onto bigger better games. Halo 3 was a let down. One game isnt gonna sell a mass amount of consoles, especially when a console costs 400$ plus.

It amazes me how an Xbox fan site can "confirm" that MGS4 is going to the 360 and the fanboys believe it, yet Konami and Kojima say that it is a PS3 exclusive, yet they don't believe it.

I suppose people will believe whatever they want to believe in order to fulfill a need for drama or hope, but give it up already. MGS4 has been confirmed time and time again to be a PS3 exclusive and if you want to play MGS4 then you'll need to buy a PS3. Even if it's going to show up on the 360 it's not confirmed until Konami and/or Kojima says so, not some freakin' Xbox fan site.

Until then, and only then, get over it. MGS4 is a PS3 exclusive. Why? Because it's fact as stated by the game's developer and not a fan site trying to increase their site's flow of traffic.

yea nyc, I've read your responses to each of these topics and agree 1000% percent (no typo, I really agree that much lol).

They can say "this is not a rumor" all they want because some unnamed guy has said something to a xbox fanboy site, but until Konami or Kojima himself come out and confirm it, it still stands as a PS3 exclusive.

HOLY CRAP STOP! A ONE YEAR timed exclusive is as good as an exlusive. Not that I care either way, as I have all 3 systems. Oh yeah, they're also porting it to the Wii in 2010. i have both a ps3 and a 360 so i enjoy the game either way, and if people want other games that are exclusive whining will not make devs go start development or break contracts to accomidate for some poeple, get a job and buy a new systemTh3-James

whining about stuff might actually make things worse. i mean, i wouldn't want to develope a game for a bunch of crying kids. i mean, they could be 18 years old. but with all the crying i would think that they're 12 years old and i wouldn't release a mature game to any of them. So if they all stop crying, maybe developers would think that they are worth making games for... or send them a box of diapers. who knows :D
