www.google.com Just grab an an address to a hotel or something. It doesnt matter what you get as long as its a valid adress.
It doesn't even need to be valid, when I created my Japanese account I just made everything up. I either entered Japan or 1234 depending on if it was asking for text or numbers. :)
Fake cause, one if more than one person uses the ps3 and they have their own accounts. Ex: You have an account, wife has an account, child has an account.

this is fake. it was a rumour started for fun on the internet starting with a mocked up email from sony. i can't find a link but i'm sure you can find it with google. its all in a forum.
Its free, sony doesnt give a crap as long as you dont bypass the proxy and download the games on PSN illegally. If you have multiple accounts for PSN as well, it just adds to their bragging rights of how many users have PSN accounts.
