Batman:AC

I was looking through the trophies of Batman: AC and I seem to be a little confused. Too me it looks like you have to comeplete certain challenges in Batman:AS too obtain Batman:AC trophies? I know this has been done in different games, but can someone confirm this?

Go look through the last handful of trophies towards the bottom of Batman:AC and you'll understand what I'm trying to say.

No sure why they use the word "original" Arkham City. I probably would understand if I had the game.
