I'm so gonna get this :D

Holy positive review, Batman!
I too am definitely going to get this (not because of the reviews but because of the demo....loved it!) but I'm still waiting for it to hit the bargain bin. I won't pay $70 for a game that doesn't have online play.

I.....see.........
i really don't trust ign.. or to a lesser degree 1up who gave the game an A-. ign overates a lot of games. and a 9-10 doesn't mean much at all considering how many they have started to give out lately its almost like its come into fashion to give games high scores. though i have heard from people playing it that it is actually good and better then the demo, which i felt was letdown. also the whole edios incentive thing cast a hole new shadow on these early reviews. i know im not the only one baffled by the high scores, but i'd like to be wrong.
all i've heard is that it gets better, i certinaly hope so. but no one has said the demo isn't a good representation of the final product because if it is, at least combat wise then that sucks. cause batman a master of martial arts and if the combat really stay that simple the whole way through then it be a let down. i've heard it gets more intricate and its "hard to master" but they don't give any real examples or explain how.
So, if it would've gotten a lower score, let's say a 7, you wouldn't have gotten it?[QUOTE="Wulf-Kin"]

I was planning to get it anyways since I loved the demo, now with a high score like this I'll be getting it for sure. However if it got anything lower than a 7, I would reconsider

That's a shame too because you're probably missing out on some gaming gems. Don't base your opinion on someone elses because then you're just a conformist.
is it a good deal if i can get it for 40 dollars at futureshop????Holy positive review, Batman!

I wouldn't just look at one review... I would still rent it but probably not buy it, if the average score were low...
WHAT? There's a bin that has bargains? Since when?:? Where can I find this bargain bin?
Furi-Kun
Haze is in it you can find it in your stores lol they are always the one that have a $19.99 lol I know your joking
Hmmm....so if you don't trust IGN or 1Up then you probably don't trust gamespot. Cause they are the main culprits in the review bribery deal. You probably don't trust blogs like Kotaku, Joystiq or Destructoid as well. May I ask who you 'trust'? Finally, we get a good Batman game. Which in my mind I thought was impossible, yet the haters and trolls don't go away.i really don't trust ign.. or to a lesser degree 1up who gave the game an A-. ign overates a lot of games. and a 9-10 doesn't mean much at all considering how many they have started to give out lately its almost like its come into fashion to give games high scores. though i have heard from people playing it that it is actually good and better then the demo, which i felt was letdown. also the whole edios incentive thing cast a hole new shadow on these early reviews. i know im not the only one baffled by the high scores, but i'd like to be wrong.

I thought the demo was fantastic, so this score doesn't shock me. I've had high hopes for this game for a long time, and the demo rewarded my faith in it. If the full game is at least as good, and hopefully even better, the full game will be awesome, IMO.
Can't wait for next week when my CE comes in.

not true at all, just being a smart consumer....People on this board are obsessed with review scores. I''d say the demo was fun, not amazing but worth picking up considering it's drought time.CraigyM83A demo does not really tell you anything about a game but the bit you play, a movie trailer can look amazing but could end up being total crap.
It tells you about the engine and what you're going to do in game. An insight. I'd say it's more informative than a number between 1 and 10 from some chump journo.CraigyM83
Most definitely this!
I probably won't get this game at release right this second or whatever, but I think this can definitely be sometihng I pick up later on, or for Christmas.
Best Buy and Futureshop are selling this game for $38.83 on the day it comes out......Holy positive review, Batman!

this, easilygood for us PS3 people we are getting 3 Downloadble contents if we pre ordered also the CEI am sooooooooooooooo glad I preordered this bad boy.

The review makes no difference to me since I already claimed this game since the first info became public. If this game would've received a 5.5 it still would've been in my collection at the end of day 1.
I'll definitely be picking this up, but not for a few months. I can't really afford to be buying any new games at the moment. Silent-Halwe dnt blame u!
Read this from the ign review its a shame :( wish it was the same on both consoles
If you want to start a flame war, the graphics tend to be sharper on the Xbox 360 when compared to the PS3, which packs a 1.2 GB install that lasts for three minutes. Still, it's not enough to matter in terms of how great this game truly is

That's all that matters, really.

I don't much care. I've personally witnessed the demo for both consoles and I don't notice a difference. I imagine there's going to be a difference for the PC port.

Reader average... an average based on people that haven't even played the game. Hmm... Seems unjustified in my opinion.

Actually, the DLC is available pre order or not, you must be referring to the Scarecrow challenge room, which is available on all consoles, and the Joker challenge rooms aren't DLC I think.
