Battery duration and so forth?

ive been wondering for awhile now. last time i charged my psp i probably played it for about and hour then it sat from prolly monday till tonight when i played it my battery was at est. 40 minutes left.. does the battery for every one else drain itself as it sits or is it me?? ive only had to charge it around 10 times since bought it i dont play it a whole lot and its only bout 4 months old maybe 5?

Yes, batteries do lose charge if not used.

The batteries are lithium ion. They lose their max charge if you leave it at zero or in the cold (PSP in car :D). To keep the life up keep it charged whenever your not using it. It also depends on what game your playing. God of War obviously takes more power than Patapon. Of course you can always get your firmware from other places and put your games onto your memory stick. That saved me tons of battery time.

err.. how long does it take to fully charge ur psp?? 5 or 6 hours??

To fully charge a PSP, it's supposed to take four hours. However, mine gets a full charge after only about an hour and a half.
