Battlefield: Bad Company issues?

Hi folks,

Just wondering if anybody else is experiencing the same problems I am right now.

I'm ranked 25+, but for some reason right now no rank shows up. Plus, I am only able to choose one gun for each class.

I've never had this happen before. Anyone else finding the same thing?

Dude, I got the same problem, yesterday I level up to RANK 19, and when i go to play again, i lost my awards, no rank, and no weapons.

it could be server issues due to the launch of bf: bc 2 beta demo, which will start this thursday (19.11)...

im max rank on the game and i logged on yesterday to play, played a few games fine then it reset me to the first rank but im all ready for the beta so idc :D hope it does get fixed tho

OK, I'm glad to hear that it isn't just me who is experiencing these problems. I have to imagine that it should all be fixed soon, I'd really hate to lose all the stats that I have gained over the past year.

Just started playing BC last week and was met with all stats and upgrades gone this AM. Sort of kills the incentive to play until points start counting toward promotions again. I saw that this last happened back in July 2009 so it seems EA has this problem routinely. They should award their active players with a few weapons upgrades for tolerating this nonsense. :)

I wouldn't if I were you... The community has died down quite a bit, and it's kinda hard finding a full game..

I wouldn't if I were you... The community has died down quite a bit, and it's kinda hard finding a full game..

I have to disagree with this. I play Bad Company pretty much daily and I don't have difficulty finding a full game.

Really? Well, I haven't been playing alot, so I'm guessing the day that I played was just a bad day to play on.

Really? Well, I haven't been playing alot, so I'm guessing the day that I played was just a bad day to play on.

The days with low number of players are Sunday Night, Monday all day and Thursday if you want to find many of players get on line Friday night. Does any body knows if EA has taking care of the problem that open this post, i was playing a few minutes ago and the problem still happen, all ranks and weapons are gone you could use only the private class weapons. Me (like Thebisonx), don't see this problems happens before and looks time is passing and is not solved. I hope this issue will fix soon for EA Team if some one have more info about please comment.

I wish I had some more information for you, but I've been unable to find any update as to what's going on. If I had to guess, I would say that it has something to do with the release of the Bad Company 2 beta, but why they would make those who play BC1 suffer, I have no idea. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
