Battlefield Bad Company, Worth Getting?

I want to buy Battlefield bad company is it worth getting, is the multiplayer good or does it get boring?

compared to kz2, resistance2, cod series battlefield's multi sucks. Its not bad but there are much better multiplayer games out there. The campaign mode is horrible. I do like occasionally going online with it and sniping though! The maps are huge and its a lot of fun to snipe, but that is all i have found enjoyable about it.

$20 for a game that will last you 20-80 hours is definately a good deal. I like the game and I play it online occasionally. After reaching the top rank (which takes quite a while) and beating the campaign twice I've gotten bored of it. But yes, I would definately recommend it, and next time use the sticky.

you can always find a match that is near full, or full. I can't give you a rough number because of how the lobby is set up.

Hell yes! I'd pay $100 for it, luckily I only paid $40 but you get what I'm saying.

Yeah its worth getting single player is good a bit easy thou the multiplayer not as good as some titles out there killzone 2 for example but its well worth a look.

it is an awsome its 20 bucks new and 17 used I only played the multi player once and its ok but the single player is great and another good thing is that it doesn't take itself seriously I was laughing most of the time.

It's a blast to play and for $20 it's a steal:D

get it, its a good game...

yes, its maybe not as good as other FPS but its still fun... the destructabilty of the game is addictive, if only they put that into COD4 :(

o yeah and multiplayer is OK but on the upside the maps are MASSIVE...

I loved the BF:BC demo, i never got around to getting the full game but i definitely plan to.. although its still $100 here so im waiting for the price to drop.Rattlesnake_8

It's a decent game but there are definitely better FPS likes Killzone 2 and COD 4. What is unique about the game is the destructible environments that the game provides. I just didn't like the characters and their goofball mentality. Kind of takes the seriousness out of war and give me a comedic feel it but this is just me. KiDWoNDeRZzZ

Well it is a good game, but my guess is multoplayer is dying now because soon, BFBC2 is coming out... So you should wait for that ;)

Its good but not great. Don't buy it, just play resistance 2 online. Much better.

depend on what you're looking for,its VERY different from other FPS

the charters are goofy,the game is actually a lil hard on normal,neraly EVERYTHING can be blown up or destroyed and defaced in some way,lol.and yea the campaign is somewhat boring,maybe because of the huge enviorments and lack of good music during firefights and BEWARE, there is NO DEATHMATCH.there are only two modes,conquest* and gold rush* which bears resemblance to a CTF team deathmatch sort of thing

for online u cant pass this up single player i would say no but for 20 bucks its good enough
