Hey guys...and gals....I need a little help with this game. i bought it when it first came out and played the crap outta it. Well I came into some money problems and had to sell my ssystem. I kept my mem stick though. I recently got a psp again and when i try to play beats off of the memory stick it wont start up. i get an alert message that says I need to activate the system in order to play. What does that mean and how do i do it? Thanks in advance!
yeah i downloaded it to my mem stick when it came out. It worked fine. Then i got a new psp and put my mem stick(with beats on it) in. Now when i start beats it says cannot start. please activate the system. weird huh?
Beats is awesome. I only basicallly "Make" my own music or play to my own ( Speed metal FTW)

Just put it in the music folder on your memory stick and you'll be good to go. It's really that simple. Read a review of the game if you want to know more. It's well worth the 5 bucks to download it.

This game is a blast to play with. I enjoy rhythm games a lot especially Guitar Hero series and DS's Elite beat agents. Beats, for a small game is a gem with its function to actually play any song you have in your mem stick. i'm not sure what other file types Beats reads but all the songs i add to the mem stick are mp3s. it's a good way to just sit back, relax, listen to music while playing your beats to them.
For those who suggested DJ Max PSP, i'd agree with the suggestion and the comment that it may be the best rhythm game for the psp. But Beats is a little brother that does not shed the wallet tears.
