Anything by Nobuo Uematsu is brilliant, he's my all time favorite composer, as for specifically boss fights, One Winged Angel is great, but I also really like J.E.N.O.V.A., both from FF7. There's a few from 8 that are up there too, like Liberi Fatali.ianuilliam

Also, the second fight with Bowser in Super Mario 64... you're on a tilting platform over lava, the music is cool and it has this middle eastern sounding flute going in the background. I actually used to play that theme on an old Casio keyboard, even though I don't know piano. lol

The 13th Struggle from Kingdom Hearts II. It plays when you fight Axel mostly. Man, that song always gives me chills!!!!

Final fantasy 7 of course . I also loved the Axelay boss music ( I loved all music in that game) , the gradius Boss themes, Metroid Prime boss music, MGS boss music, Castlevania Boss music, and other FF boss tunes .

The best FF song of all time in my opinion is the FF8 intro song . Just too impressive and emotional ...
