Hmm, tough choice. I like how AC2's climbing is in that it's very fluid and can be rather satisfying, but I used to get to frustrated when my jumps did not go where I had intended them to be. Not sure if that is the game's fault or my own.
Uncharted 2 has pretty good climbing segments, but like someone else said, they are rather linear, and generally, there is only one way to climb.
I voted Uncharted, but climbing the trash-tower in InFamous was the most epic, and exciting climb in a game since trying to scale the temple in Shadow of the Colossus.
I totally agree! That was pretty freakin' awesome. That climb had an extremely vertical feeling to it. I'm scared of heights and was actually getting a bit uneasy on that one. What was almost just as cool was jumping off and gliding to the earth below. Man, that was fun.Climbing the trash-tower in InFamous was the most epic, and exciting climb in a game since trying to scale the temple in Shadow of the Colossus.

inFAMOUS. You weren't limited like in Uncharted 2 and you were much more fast and agile than in AC2. Plus if you goofed up you could just either hover to another ledge or smash into the ground.
U2 isn't really in the same league as inFamous and AC2 for climbing, there's only very specific areas for climbing.
AC2 climbing was very fluid but it was a bit slow and awkward at times.
For me inFamous's climbing is the best because it's fast, has a good flow, especially combined with the gliding and grinding but the main reason I think it's better is it requires you to be more active with the controls whereas with AC2 you mostly just hold down the buttons.
