some demos are so featured that they could be games themselves. to me a halo 1 demo comes to mind that gave me two multiplayer levels and two campaign's for free. Which demo in the playstation network would you say is the biggest steal? or do they not have any good ones yet?
They also have 2 demos which I recommend of Folklore. One demo has the boss in it and the other is the firstl level of the game. IF you get both folklore demos you can clock in more than 20 hours playing.

Nothing with multiple online and offline levels, maybe Resistance demo? never tried that one
Stuntman Ignition was a lot of fun, I never got past the first part and there was 4 or 5 parts total to the demo. Motorstorm demo was a good chunk of the game.
