I've played and beat them all several times and Point Lookout is definitely the best. Many people dislike Operation Anchorage but I thought it was good fun. Point Lookout is more Fallout except in an awesome new environment and feels like a full blown expansion with a big new area and lots of sidequests and places to discover. My overall order would be Point Lookout, Broken Steel, Operation Anchorage, The Pitt, and lastly Mothership Zeta. The only one I wouldn't recommend is Mothership Zeta which is linear like Anchorage except with a repetitive environment and enemies, and to get one of the achievements you have to look everywhere and if you miss one you can't go back and get it. It really is a pain but other than that all the other 4 are great.
I have GOTY edition & I enjoyed Point Lookout the most..New weapons & enemies, dope side missions. The Pitt would come second as I liked the story, so I'd go w/those two first :)..
I guess technically Point Lookout is the best. Broken Steel is a must have since it continues the story though. As for the other 3, Ive only played the Pitt. Its pretty fun but it doesnt have a lot of new stuff and there is practically no exploration. (Exceptfor the Steelyard which I am not a huge fan of)
