Best game for 2 friends playing together?

I was thinking Burnout Dominator. It looks nice and Burnout has always been good with friends.

I also want a strategy based game for 2 people....is Warhammer a lot of fun with two people?

What other games are great for 2 people?

BTW It can also be an online game with other human players via wifi.... just dont give me the Socom, Syphon etc. crap cuz they all end up having hackers so id rather hear of a game that is great to play with only one other player.
