IMO, Lumines Supernova is the best game on PSN -- I really like puzzle games and feel that having them be downloadable is the best way to do things. Puzzle Quest and Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix are classics, but they can't beat Lumines.
I seriously cannot believe how many people haven't mentioned Bionic Commando Rearmed. It's easily one of the (if not THE) best games on PSN and IMO one of the best games this gen! PJ Eden is also excellent. Burnout Paradise and Wipeout HD are great too. If you're into Tower Defence games there's PJ Monsters which I didn't like all that much but Comet Crash is supposed to be excellent and I plan on buying it soon.

Bionic Commando Rearmed IS one of the best games, but I felt like I already said like 3 games so I'd give someone else a turn, lol. Best ending in video games EVER!
