Why? Because you can't say Oblivion is the best game until now I think... Just because it's been out for 4 years, and considering the lack of content in comparison to the PC- and the worse/longer load times compared to my high end PC... Playing Vanilla PS3 oblivion, while better then the 360 version, is extremely dull and not visually pleasing at all.
I really hate when people praise Oblivion (And even FEAR on the 360) because I've played these games back in '05 (maybe '06 for oblivion, I forget). And most games are normally worse in comparison to the PC counter-part because of the lack of downloadable maps, and mod content.
The funniest quote though, is when people say "Oblivion is truely next-gen!"... Hello!? Reality Check! The game was released last gen (in PC generations) and the Playstation 3 has the ability to do far better graphically.

Not all people have expensive high-end PC's like you. I had it for PC and it was crap, because of my computer..so the PS3 one was great.

I agree with a lot of the stuff you say.
But I still think you can't compare console's to a pc.. I mean I bought Oblivion on day of release for the pc to and play it on max settings but not everybody can afford a pc and like to play on the pc..
