Red Dead Redemption for me :)

Fallout 3, Demon's Souls, Oblivion, Just Cause 2.

Demon's Souls is my favorite PS3 game as well as my favorite game of all time. Just an overall amazing game.

I guess I'm the weirdo who like The Orange Box and Fallout 3 the best.

It's a multi-platform game, but my favorite so far is Brutal Legend.

It's a 3 way tie... Uncharted, Little Big Planet, and Heavy Rain.

Uncharted 2 beats MGS4 hands down but I have never played Good of War 3 what does it look like.
