it's a really tough choice for me, but i chose Ratchet and Clank. I've really enjoyed every game in the series. Insomniac just keeps on creating cool weapons:)
The only one of those that's actually "PS3 Only" is Uncharted. KZ, R&C, and GoW all have games on PS2 and PSP. If you mean "PlayStation Only" then I'll still pick Uncharted because its awesome, but you may want to rephrase your question.
Why no MGS4 option !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!because he said "Franchise", not "game" but killzone only has one game on PS3 and GoW doesn't have a single game on PS3.

The Metal Gear franchise is not PS3 exclusive and it is not Sony exclusive either. And to the TC; to avoid this type of confusion you should rename the thread to "Best Franchise on Sony's consoles", since some of the franchises you named did not started out with the PS3 and others haven't even come out on the PS3 (and by "others" I mean GOW).
