Personally, my favorite is Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. It's hard to explain why, but I just find the game to be really enjoyable. You can do almost anything in the game and that's what makes it so great for a handheld. Most games have linear gameplay but Vice City Stories doesn't. You can stray from the plot whenever you want and that's what makes it so fun. If you haven't played it yet, you should. I guarantee you'll love it.

lMy favourite is Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core!!! It's not hard to choose since there aren't that much good games on the PSP unfortunatly. God of War Metal Gear Portable Ops Tekken Dark Resurrection Burnout Legends are some of the games i think do a good job on the portable 8)
Dissapointing as it may sound... I still am a HUGE fan of Fight Night Round 3. Can't get enough of it, but still... I really think it needs more. I mean... a 4th round.
