For me the best PSP game is Castlevania Rondo of Blood. The other games I like are Namco Museum Collection, Virtual Tennis, Wipeout Pure, Mega Man X Maverick Hunters and Outrun Coast 2 Coast.

Reasonably easy as long as you don't waste you ammo and health items. It is easy enough to kill most enemies and even run past them if you don't feel like fights and the puzzles are pretty straightfoward. Its a good game if you like survival horror/adventure titles, give it a try.
