Best Wallpaper and Theme sites for PS3

I have just got my playstation 3 and have seen options for adding wallpapers and themes. After upgrading the firmwaer. What are themes and what are the best websites to get themes from and what are the best websites to get wallpapers from?

Edit: you should use the PS3 webbrowser to access the allps3themes.com website.. that way you can download the theme directly without all the noobish "flash drive" patheticness :D

If anyone wants I have 3 simpsons, a spiderman and a Batman theme which I made myself. I tried uploading to multiple PS3 sites but I cant find them on there?
