-Bioshock DLC question- can someone please help???

last week i purchased a DLC for bioshock (the 1st not the 2nd) that was suppose to come with new game + and 3 side missions, one that took place in a carnival that i was really looking forward to, well the new game + showed up no problem but i can't seem to find the side missions anywhere, i thought maybe it would be an extra place to warp to in the sub but nope... not in extra's... i've exhausted EVERY option trying to get to this content including re-downloading the whole package, this DLC cost me 10 bucks so i'm pretty pissed, can someone please help me with this? tell me how to reach the side missions? has anybody else got this DLC? am i the only one with this problem? any help would be appreciated. thanks.

Hm, I'm pretty sure that Bioshock's DLC is region locked. For instance if you bought a region 1 copy, you'll need to create an American account and purchase the content (Bioshock DLC) from the US PSN Store in order for it to work.
