Blu-Ray spanks HD-DVD in Europe

I don't know if its old but still...good news coming in from everywhere..

last i check blu ray outsold hddvd 8 to 1 in austrila and and japan as well
the only place hd dvd even has somewhat of a chance is north america... its only losing 2 to 1 lol

most large retailers in the uk such as virgin megastores have equally large hd-dvd sections as they do blu-ray

I live in the US and I will not buy anything on HD DVD even if it's something I would like to own (instead I will just get the DVD version as a last resort).jimm895
