Well, for replayability, Borderlands 2 probably wins hands down. You won't hit the level cap in the first playthrough and there's a lot of DLC available for it with more still coming, plus since it's a "loot" based game there's always that potential to get better/newer equipment, unlike games like ME or Dark Souls where everything you can find in the game is predetermined. I've replayed the first ME and (like most Bioware or Obsidian games) I plan on replaying the series from the beginning one of these days.
Dragon's Dogma has a New Game Plus mode, along with multiple jobs to master so you won't max your character and your main pawn on the first playthrough. It's interesting, but I didn't feel an overwhelming desire to play through again, although I'm going to give it a shot now that I've picked up Dark Arisen.
Dark Souls I have three characters in and have put in over 200 hours on just the PC version. I love that game, and it's sort of my go-to when I just want to play something that I know is solid, although my interest has tapered off somewhat with all the new titles that are out.
Although BL2 is not my specific favorite type of game, I can acknowledge that it's a high quality game. It has a great and unique style to it, much improved storytelling over the first, more interesting environments, and mostly well crafted multiplayer.
