Bought a ps3 today!

I actually got a job at tescos 2 months ago to buy this thing T_T. And my god, no one said anything about the aura of 'cutting edge' that the ps3 has, i mean, everything about it seems to sleek, and clean and cool to be from our time o_o. Im running it on a widescreen SD tv as well and yet motorstorm still looks incredible! and actually runs with no lag with 12 or so players battling it out. aaaaaaaaaannnnnnddd i tried out some remote play and that works like a charm. Point is i dont know how anyone can regret buying one when a) theres so many awsome games coming out this year (ng:sigma at end of month!) b) now i actually own one i realise that you do honestly get a **** load for your money.

Oh quick question, is your buddy list unified or do you have a PSN one and all the games have dif ones?

Enjoy. This month make sure to pick up one of these three games: Ninja Gaiden Sigma, The Darkness, or Rainbow Six: Vegas.

Another good idea: keep saving that money up for a 720p TV! Enjoying those Blu Ray movies, that HD downloadable content, and Motorstorm in 720p will blow your mind. You'll be a whole new kind of satisfied with your PS3.

Also, think about getting Netflix. I've been getting Blu Ray movies in the mail for 6 months now!

Congratulations on getting the best game/entertainment system on the market. And another thing just keep up with the firmware updates they are releasing about every 2 or 3 weeks each one makes the whole experience better each time. I find myself going through the system menu after each one just to check out how the new firmware makes the console even better each time.

add me up brotha. too bad you didnt get it sooner so you had a chance for the Warhawk beta, because besides the whole freezing issue, this game is fantastic. but make sure to get Resistance: FOM and we will frag a few fools together.justin_06

You missed it mate, not sure if there will be anther but WarHawk is definalty the game to get when it come out on September. everyone that got into BETA seems to praise the game like there is no tomorrow.

It actually varies!!! There's a popular beta out right now that actually imports your buddy list from the XMB.
